Community Consultation Session 3: resources now available

One Port Street held its third and final Community Consultation Session on March 7, 2013. Thank you to everyone who came out to participate in meeting no. 3 and the One Port Street process. A summary report of the evening and a video of the presentation will be posted on this website in the near future. For now, the presentation and agenda from the event are now online in the resource library.

Second community consultation session a success, presentation now available

Canada Lands Company held its second community consultation session for the 1 Port Street site on Thursday, October 18. This second session was an opportunity for the 1 Port Street team to review and directly address some of the suggestions and ideas gleaned from the first consultation event back in May. 1 Port Street designers also presented an informative array of options showcasing how ideas from the first meeting may eventually be realized in the future master plan.

Second Community Consultation Session Confirmed

In May, many of you shared ideas with Canada Lands Company about what you want to see going on at a redeveloped 1 Port Street. This meeting will build on those ideas.

The design team from DTAH will share some examples of what makes a great waterfront, and present some ideas about how to configure the key elements and community benefits we heard from you last meeting on the 1 Port Street site.

Agenda, presentation and photos from first community consultation session

Canada Lands Company held a very well attended first community meeting at the Waterside Inn in Port Credit on May 29, 2012. This session allowed Canada Lands Company and its consultant team to share information about the site and to get feedback from the community as to what they would like to see going on at a redeveloped 1 Port Street.The presentation also featured opening remarks from Councillor Jim Tovey.

Thanks to everyone who participated in our first community consultation session. Many great ideas were shared and the conversation was enthusiastic and informed.
